All orders are offered different shipping options. Some items are subject to shipping and handling fees, some items ship for free. Please view the product information page or the eBay auction (depending on what item is in your cart) for more information on the item. Please find the quantity of all the items in your cart that don't have free shipping and use the rates below to determine your shipping and handling fee.
Shipping options:
- First class mail: This is offered on orders of size 8 or smaller. The price is 3.99 for the first dvd and 0 for each additional one. Transit time is 5-8 day.
- Priority mail: This is offered on all orders. The price is 8.98 for the first dvd and 4.99 for each additional one. Transit time is 3-5 day.
- Media mail: This is offered on orders of size 9 or more. The price is 3.99 for the first dvd and 0 for each additional one. Transit time is 7-14 day.
- International mail: This is offered to all international customers. The price is 6.99 for the first dvd and 3 for each additional one. Transit time is 7-21 day.
Shipping and handling rates include postage, packing supplies, rent, labor, among other things. These rates are non negotiable.
Additional Policies:
- You will be billed at shipping
- 95% of orders ship the following business day.
- Credit card orders are subject to a small surcharge generally between 2-3%.
Return Policy:
- Defective items can be returned to us. We will send another copy once we get your returned merchandise. Include your credit card number and exp date in with your return and we will refund your return shipping price.
- If an incorrect item is received, please send it back unopened and include a note of your request. We will then send you your correct item or refund your purchase if we are unable to. Further include your credit card number and exp date in with your return and we will credit you the first class rate for that package for your return postage.
- If you decide that you do not want an item. We will issue a refund upon receiving the item less a $3 restocking fee per item. Because many of our items are less than $3, this is highly discouraged. Contact us for more details.
